Code Editor

The Code tab opens a full Monaco editor over the compiled file tree — the same editor VS Code uses. It's not a separate copy of your site: saving parses the data-zitegen-id attributes in what you wrote and syncs the changes back into the component tree, so the canvas and AI chat pick them up immediately.

The code editor, file tree, and code download are never gated behind a plan — free accounts get the same access as paid ones. Credits are only ever spent on AI calls, not on editing or exporting.
