Terms of Service

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.

• You retain ownership of the content you provide and the sites you generate. The underlying code for your generated Astro project is yours — you can view, edit, and export it at any time, on any plan.
• You're responsible for the content of the sites you publish, and for having the rights to use anything you upload (text, images, etc.).
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and provide the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
• Distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' sites.
• Use collected visitor data (for example, from forms) in ways that violate applicable privacy law.

The free plan requires no credit card. AI generation features consume credits according to your plan; core tools — the code editor, file tree, and project download — remain available regardless of credit balance. Paid plans are billed as described at checkout, and you may cancel at any time.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated, or as needed to protect the Service and its users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular search ranking or business outcome will result from using it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zitegen isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by updating the date above or through the Service.
