SEO & AI audit
Score your live site on SEO, performance, accessibility, and AI-readiness — then fix the findings with AI.
The audit combines three layers of analysis: on-page SEO checks read straight from your markup, site-wide technical checks, and a Lighthouse performance report — with AI-assisted fixes for the issues it finds.
On-page SEO checks
The audit fetches each published page and inspects the markup search engines actually see. Every page gets a 0–100 score, and the overall score is the average across the pages that are open to search engines — any page you've set to noindex is scored but left out of that average, since it isn't competing in search.
- Coverage
- Up to 15 pages per run — the panel tells you if your site has more
- Availability
- Pages that go missing, error, or redirect are reported with the exact status
- Indexing
- Pages set to noindex are flagged and excluded from your overall score
- Meta title
- Present, and within an ideal 50–60 characters
- Meta description
- Present, and within an ideal 150–160 characters
- Headings
- Exactly one H1 per page, with levels running in order and no skipped steps
- Content
- Flags pages with almost no readable text for a search engine to work with
- Mobile
- A viewport tag, so the page is assessed as mobile-friendly
- Language
- An html lang attribute, and self-referencing hreflang on translated pages
- Images
- Alt-text coverage
- Canonical
- Present and matching the page URL
- Duplicates
- Title and description checked for repeats across your other pages
- Social
- Open Graph title, description, image, URL, and type, plus the Twitter card
- Structured data
- JSON-LD parses, has a type, and carries the fields that type needs for a rich result
- Links
- Internal links checked for broken targets
- Orphan pages
- Flags any page no other page links to, and shows how many clicks it is from the homepage
- Focus keyword
- If you've set one in Page SEO, checks whether it appears in the meta title, meta description, and H1
Technical & AI readiness
Alongside the per-page checks, the audit runs a set of site-wide technical checks — including the files that AI crawlers and assistants look for when they read your site.
- HTTPS
- Served securely
- Sitemap
- A valid sitemap.xml
- Robots
- A valid robots.txt
- AI readiness
- An llms.txt for AI crawlers and assistants
- AI crawler policy
- Reports which named AI crawlers your robots.txt blocks — set in Site Settings, not by the audit
- Crawlability
- Reachable by search engines
Performance & Core Web Vitals
Where available, the audit pulls a Lighthouse report through Google's PageSpeed Insights so you get performance data measured the same way Google measures it. This section is best-effort: a very new or low-traffic site may not have enough field data yet, and Google's service occasionally skips a run. When that happens the panel says which of those it was, so you know whether waiting or re-running will help — the rest of the audit is unaffected either way.
- Category scores
- Performance, SEO, Accessibility, Best practices
- Core Web Vitals
- LCP, CLS, and INP
Fix issues with AI
For title and description findings, a Suggest fix with AI button drafts an optimized meta title and description you can apply to the page in one click. Canonical issues get a one-click Set canonical URL fix. You stay in control — nothing changes until you accept the suggestion.
Running an audit
Audits run against your live, deployed site rather than the editor draft, so publish first, then run the audit to score exactly what visitors and crawlers receive. Each run costs credits and is available on the Pro plan and above.
- Requirement
- A deployed site on the Pro plan or above
- Cost
- 5 credits per audit run
