Managing Your Team
Invite teammates, understand roles, and work across multiple teams.
Your personal team, and creating more
Every account starts with a personal team — 1 seat on the Free plan. You're not limited to one: create additional teams from the workspace switcher, each with its own sites, members, and plan. Switching teams scopes everything in the dashboard to that team.
Inviting teammates
From the Members page, an owner invites by email and picks a role — Member or Owner. Invite links expire after 7 days; a pending invite can be resent (which resets the clock another 7 days) or revoked, both owner-only actions. Seat limits scale with plan: 1 on Free, 5 on Pro, 15 on Business, 25 on Agency — invites are blocked once a team is full.
Roles
Two roles, and every member has full access to the team's sites regardless of which one they hold — create, edit, and publish freely. The difference is narrow: only an owner can permanently delete something — a site, a blog article, or a content type. A member sees no delete option on those; owner-only enforcement applies whether the delete comes from the dashboard or the MCP server.
| Role | Invite teammates | Delete sites, articles & content types |
|---|---|---|
| Member | No | No |
| Owner | Yes | Yes |
The member who created the team is also flagged as Primary Owner on the Members page, distinct from other owners.
Removing a teammate
There's no self-service way to remove someone from a team once they've joined yet — if you need a teammate removed, contact support. You can still revoke a pending invite yourself before they accept it.
Switching between teams
The workspace switcher at the top of the dashboard lists every team you belong to. Selecting one makes it active — the site list, Members page, and Billing page all scope to whichever team is currently selected.
